Holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), with specialization in Finance and Marketing. He has worked in director positions at companies in the agribusiness, construction and retail industries and has vast experience in structuring consortia for participating in competitive bids for concessions and in structuring guarantees and securities for non-recourse project finance operations, especially in the energy, toll road and sanitation sectors. He is currently Managing Director of INFRA Asset Management, and is responsible for the organization before the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM).

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School at the University of São Paulo (USP) and heads the department entrusted with investment analysis, product structuring and monitoring investee companies.

She holds a degree in International Relations from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and has completed extension and non-degree graduate programs in Entrepreneurship and New Business Startups at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and in Valuation: Valuing Companies, Mergers, Acquisitions and Stocks at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios. She is responsible for Investor Relations, Marketing and Communications strategy at INFRA Asset Management.

He holds a bachelor‘s degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA in Capital Markets from FIPECAFI. He has 11 years of experience in the financial markets, having worked in the areas of controllership, compliance and structured products. He was coordinator at CCVM Gestora e Administradora de Recursos and Middle Office Manager at Vinci Partners, and is currently responsible for restructuring the compliance and governance processes at INFRA Asset Management.
